Yes, I am running for President of The United States of America. This is not a joke. In Oct. 1974 I was a freshmen at Point Loma College in San Diego Ca. My advisor, Dr. Dwayne Little asked me why I wanted to be a History Major w/Political Science Minor? I said "to run for President of the United States of America!" (Nixon had stepped down 7 weeks before) He said "Robert you need to be 35 years of age."  I informed him I knew that. He said " when" - I said "in 2012"  Dr. Little then told me "people do not decide to run for President in their freshmen year." Really?  I changed majors to Speech/Comm. the next year after taking a Speech 101 class from Dr. Leroy Brown.

It is now 36 years after the fact. The time has come and the deal is a go.

We in this country need true 3rd Force unaffiliated candidates. The truth is 70% of this Great Country sits in the Middle. 15% GOP & 15% DEM's tell you what to think through talking heads on 3 cable networks. You can't put the word "news" next to any of them anymore.

That is why today we can start running and get the ground work started with a national campaign. I think in 6 years we could have 50 true unaffiliated Independents in the House of Representatives. This would leave both of the other parties without control. Then they would have to work together. Can this be done? Let's find out.

The End of Mainstream Media

 This election in November 2010 will bring an end to mainstream media as we know it. CNN has lost its way with no real direction anymore. CBS fell out of any favor in 2004 as Dan Rather dragged down the entire news network with half-true stories on then President W. Trying to even a score from decades before with H.W. Then there is NBC/MSNBC more than just an outlet for the far left. They are trying their version of FOX with their own brand of the "O's" KeithO, MaddO, and LawerenceO. Ratings are so bad the lib's have run for not holding The BIG O's feet closer to the fire on health care and "crap&trade". Now on to FOX not much news yet very fun to watch. With BillO's here my next best seller book tour and, Sean's I can be the RUSH of TV land. Becks will be done after the election. O'h yes, lets not forget ABC. The only time you hear their name is in something like this "in a New York Times/ABC News Opinion Poll". Night Line who are the people on that show?

 It is clear that something will change in the NEWS game soon.  Or it will be something like people saying "I saw it on the inter-net. Good luck to all the information junkies out there it's got to get better than this!!!!

More Small Businness Closing

 In Stuart, FL. small businness are closing almost everyday. Many, I have spoken with say "the season just didn't get here soon enough" and with little or no sign of economic recovery in sight they just can't hang on any longer. Many have given up the health insurance just to stay open. What is the problem?

 With the ever increasing local, state, and federal goverment's fees, taxes, and regulations it is making it harder to stay open. The family farmer is all but gone. Are moms & pops businness the next to go? Who will help the "True" small businness people of America?

 I think it's time for a "REAL CHANGE" not the "small change" we have recivied.

 So, on Nov. 2nd don't stay home or say "I had to work late or it don't matter" be a true American and VOTE!!!!!  Your future depends on it.

1492 Columbus sailed the ocean blue. This is how I was taught to remember this important day in history. Do not get the day off though. Banks and the Goverment do get them off. One word for that T A R P!!!!!!!! That check you wrote on Sat. will clear today with no problem today at the bank. Just checked Goverment Motors (GM) day off with pay. So, I must go to work today and help pay for these peoples 3 day weekend. -- This is why you must go vote on Tues. Nov. 2nd 2010!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your TAX dollars not so hard @ work.

Voting

If you a regestered voter you must get out and vote. Check to make sure ahead of time so there are no problems on Nov. 2nd. We need the largest voter turn out in American history bigger than a Presidental year to show not just Washington DC. but, also your State, County, and City Officals that the party is over. When you wake up on Nov. 3rd and you forgot to vote it's your fault. VOTE!
